If you request our products and services, we will work with your contact details, which you will provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. They are: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone.

This is processing on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a). b) GDPR - negotiation of the contract, resp. take pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data no later than 10 years from our last communication.

  1. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

    If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly invoicing data: name, surname, address, ID number, VAT number, telephone, email.

    For what reason?
    We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract - to deliver you our goods or services. We will also communicate with you via the contact details about the status of your order, or about complaints or your questions.


We will further process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under our law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).

For what legal reason do we process personal data?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a). b) GDPR - performance of the contract and Art. c) GDPR - fulfillment of our legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data? For the duration of our service and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and you did not prohibit us from making a purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send us our news.

For what legal reason?
The provisions of Section 7, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., On Certain Information Society Services, allow us to do this, if you did not prohibit us from making this purchase.

Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other people work for us who access the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. They are:
• operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, IČ 289 35 675, the company is registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)
• companies involved in the dispatch of goods (TNT, FEDEX, FOFR)
• e-mailing service provider (SHOPTET a.s., SEZNAM.CZ)

We process personal data only in the territory of the European Union.

III. What else you should know

We do not have a designated data protection officer in our company.

In our company, there is no decision-making based on automatic processing or profiling.
